Habits is a life changing app which provides an awesome framework for people to create new habits and resolutions. It is based on the scientifically proven principle that it takes a continuous chain or repetition of an activity to create a new habit or resolution.

Current Run – The number of days you are following the habit currently without any break
Longest Run – The max number of days you have followed the habit without a break
Target – The total number of days you target to go without breaking. This is configurable using the Edit Habit option.

separatorHow to add a new Habit?

NewAddEdit

  • Click on the Add Habit button on the top of the My Habits list.
  • Enter the Habit name and click on the Tick button
  • The habit will be saved and a new calendar will be created for it.

separatorHow to mark a Habit as followed or not followed?.

Habits-Done

  • Click on the Habit from the My Habits list.
  • Its calendar will be shown on the right.
  • Click on the date that you want to mark the Habit as Done or Not Done
  • Clicking done will keep the streak going on following the habit
  • Clicking not done will break the streak and you have to continue the streak till you reach your target

How to add notes to a Habit ?.

 

Notes

  • Click on the Habit from the My Habits list.
  • Its calendar will be shown on the right.
  • Click on the date, you will be provided with options done, not done and notes.
  • Click on notes, to add notes and then click the tick to save.
  • Notes will be added to the particular day. A symbol of triangle will be shown on the day which you have entered the notes.

  • Click on the Habit from the My Habits list. Its calendar will be shown on the right.
  • Click on the Edit Habit button above the calendar.
  • You can change the habit name and description
  • Click on the tick button to update the habit

Edit-NonDaily

  • Click on the Habit from the My Habits list.Its calendar will be shown on the right.
  • Click on the Edit Habit button above the calendar.
  • Configure the frequency to Weekly and select the days in which you want to do the habit.

Edit-NonDaily

  • Click on the Habit from the My Habits list.
  • Its calendar will be shown on the right.
  • Click on the Edit Habit button above the calendar.
  • Enter the target and click on tick button to save.

  • Click on the Cloud Sync Set up button.
  • Switch on the Cloud Sync option.
  • Follow the procedures to enable Cloud Sync

separatorHow to use Habits Go iPhone app?

  • Before using the iPhone app your should install and configure Sync for the Mac app.
  • Open the Habits Go app and choose to Configure Cloud Sync
  • Use the same DropBox account you used for the Mac in the iPhone app also.
  • Once it is done the app will display the list of habits that your should complete today
  • Just click whether you have completed the habit or not and the data will be synced to the Mac

  • Enable Load on Start up option
