Overview

Eco Dazzlers is a new car wash start-up in Chennai that prides itself on its ‘Green’ resolutions of conserving water through Waterless wash, saving approximately 75 liters of water for every wash. It uses a 100% biodegradable, non-toxic solution that removes tough dirt, oil, and road grime. An economical formula with a blend of natural cleaning agents leaves cars sparkling and streak-free.

Problem Faced

Eco Dazzlers could not expand the services without an app-based platform since the car wash process is extremely user driver and user has to be notified of every step of the process from wash timing, to start/stop of washes, getting keys for interior washes, online payments and upcoming washes schedules.

Goal

To create a car wash app and platform to automate the EcoDazzler car wash operations across all their locations. The user should be able to add their cars, pick the plans and pay for single or package monthly washes, get updates about washes and track the status of washes in real-time.

Solution

MacAppStudio designed and developed an end-to-end car washing platform for EcoDazzlers where the users can register themselves, add their cars, subscribe to a single or package wash, and pay online. Before the wash, the users will be updated, and regular wash info like start and stop and before and after photos of the cars will be given to users. Using their app, the supervisors in a car wash location can assign work to the wash agents who can use their app to view their daily washes and progress accordingly. All of the activities are controlled by an Admin Dashboard with all features to manage staff, users, bookings, finances, and reports.

Current Status

The platform was launched in June 2019 and so far it is being used in over 10 wash locations and has over 1000 paid subscribers using the services on a regular basis. The platform has automated the entire end-to-end operations of the company connecting the users, supervisors, washers, and the management sharing real-time updates and work status for an awesome customer experience and maximum productivity.
